City Hall hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Retirement: California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS) plan which offers reciprocity between agencies. Classic Tier II employees, who have been in the CalPERS system and are new to the City of El Segundo, will receive 2%@60 formula.
