Senior HR Analyst: Four years of increasingly responsible professional level administrative
experience, including a minimum of two years' responsible human resources experience. Public
sector experience highly desirable.
HR Analyst: Three years' related professional level administrative experience. Public sector
experience highly desirable.
Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major
course work in business, public or personnel administration, psychology, or a related field.
License/Certificate: Due to the performance of some field duties which require the operation of
a personal or City vehicle, a valid and appropriate California driver's license and an acceptable
driving record are required.
