Quality Improvement Specialist St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. This position reports to the Quality Management department and communicates with leadership and multi-disciplinary teams on patient and staff safety issues. The Quality Improvement Specialist works collaboratively to develop, implement, and monitor quality issues. This position addresses clinical, operational, and system related problems through data, observation and performance improvement projects.
