COMMERCIAL AND REVENUE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION The Commercial and Revenue Development Division is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all commercial real property contracts, licenses, and leases at John Wayne Airport (SNA) including concession analysis, planning, and leasing to enhance commercial revenue for the Airport.
