This is a fully seasoned skilled level capable of independently carrying out most assignments typical of the discipline. Provide recommendations and installation of system upgrades to provide more efficient and economical operation of electrical systems. Ability to work 30’-60’ above ground and operate aerial equipment to include, but not limited to, ladders, scissors lifts, one-man lifts, bucket trucks and install overhead services and drops. May be required to respond to afterhours calls and work overtime as needed. Installs, repairs and services specialized electrical equipment and machinery. Constructs and maintains service equipment. Reads electrical circuit diagrams. Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment. Requisitions material and supplies from stockroom and recommends purchases and suppliers.
