This includes organizing, coordinating, conducting, and instructing courses in water safety as well as supervision of the Concord Community Pool. The Lifeguard/Swim Instructor I is distinguished from the Lifeguard/Swim Instructor II in that the II performs duties independently. Senior Lifeguard/Swim Instructors perform additional leadership duties, including scheduling and training of other lifeguards. About The Position Lifeguards and swim instructors provide supervision and instruction to various age groups in swimming and diving activities, and ensure the safety of patrons in the swimming area.
