Employees assigned to this classification supervise crews of workers that perform unskilled and semi-skilled work involving above-average physical effort and operation of power tools and equipment requiring some manipulative skills. Work is performed under moderate supervision and is reviewed while in progress and upon completion through direct observation, meetings, and review of work. Minimum Requirements High School diploma plus two (2) years of maintenance experience in assigned area required ; one (1) of which must have been in a lead or supervisory capacity required ; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Florida Driver License or CDL License (B) required , and home phone number may be required, depending on assignment. Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
