The One Stop Student Service Center provides comprehensive student services through a single location where professional staff are trained to provide a wide array of assistance and offer premier customer services to our students. The One Stop Student Service Center offers online self-service, in-person service, e-mail service and call center services. Integrated student services offered include: Financial Aid, Student Records and Registration, Student Financial Services, Admissions, Veterans Success Center, and Academic Advising.
The Associate Director is responsible for the implementation of world class student services through training and process and policy development. The incumbent is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department and direct supervision of professional staff in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The incumbent must possess leadership qualities that inspire confidence, passion and teamwork. This person should be detail oriented and have the ability to collaborate with others to quickly resolve problems, seeking the best outcome for the student. The incumbent is responsible for building teams with the Student Service Center campus partners which includes both short term and long term planning, development of project and communication plans, and coordinating ongoing professional training.
