This examination is being given to fill one full time vacancy in San Joaquin General Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

San Joaquin General Hospital is seeking a highly ethicial, principled and talented Nursing Department Manager to join the hospital's Nursing Administration team. This position oversees the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), which was the first California Chidlren's Services approved Community Level III NICU in San Joaquin County.Anideal candidate will possess strong leadership and supervisory skills withsignificant nursing experience in a hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Experience should include a proven ability to work with and manage a large nursing team, and the ability to make critical decisions as they relate to staff and healthcare management.
