Under general supervision of the Dean of the Office of Undergraduate Studies, the incumbent handles a wide range of administrative and support related tasks. The position carries significant responsibility in providing a wide range of administrative support to the Office of Undergraduate Studies, First-Year Programs and the Learning and Tutoring Services including maintenance of department documentation, both digital and hard copy, coordinating employment and travel paperwork, as well as the schedule build for First-Year Programs. The position must be able to interact with staff, faculty, students, and administrators at all levels. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is necessary for this position.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $2,846 - $3,167 per month
