The Position Bargaining Unit: Local 1 - Family and Children's Services Unit The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department is recruiting to fillvacant positions in the Community Services Bureau. Community Services Bureau administers the federally funded Head Start and Early Head Start and the state funded Child Development programs. The Bureau operates a central kitchen in Richmond, CA, where food is prepared on a daily bases and distributed to the Bureau's 13 directly operated child care centers within Contra Costa County (Richmond through Brentwood and Oakley, CA).
