Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : A Doctorate from an accredited college or university in psychology, educational psychology, education with the field of specialization in counseling psychology,or in a discipline deemed equivalent by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Psychology.
