Serves as the Utility Plant Operator (UPO) and assists in the operation, maintenance and repairs to the Water and Wastewater systems. Responsible for regulatory compliance in all utility operations as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Operates all types of equipment, including front-end loaders, tractors, power mowers, trimmers, trucks, and other gas operated equipment.
