Description The Department: Finance The Finance Department administers the financial affairs of the City of Santa Clara, including City-owned public utilities. Identify process improvements to coordination where needed. Participate as a liaison in selection and prioritization of 6-Year capital facility programs by providing information on development growth trends and needs identified through trends in application submittals.
