Physical Fitness Qualifier (PFQ): In order to better prepare for the exam and the physical demands of a career in law enforcement, candidates will be required to complete the Physical Fitness Qualifier (PFQ) prior to the interview. The PFQ consists of four events; maximum sit-ups in one minute, a 300 meter sprint, maximum push-ups in one minute, and a 1.5 mile run. The score on the PFQ is advisory and may be reviewed by the interview panel. Interview : The examination score will be based entirely on the interview.
