Assistant Director - Digital Strategies Lubbock 37638BR Position Description Performs varied and complex administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and/or program. Requires independent judgment and application of established policies and procedures. Works under general supervision with evaluation based on overall results obtained. Major/Essential Functions Manage digital strategy to elevate the SHP brand and improve digital presence relative to strategic goals. Collaborate with the ASA team to integrate new digital technologies into the CRM system, such as web-based interfaces, email automation, and cross-channel communication tools. Create and maintain digital technologies (web-based interfaces, portals, emails) using HTML and CSS. Create visually appealing email templates and graphics for CRM email campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion. Create graphic designs that are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes, including mobile devices. Collaborate with ASA team to design A/B testing variations for CRM content and visuals, analyzing results to optimize performance. Work closely with the ASA team to align graphic design efforts with overall initiatives for the SHP. Develop and maintain the visual identity of the CRM system, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints. Create digital assets such as icons, infographics, and illustrations to enhance the user experience within the CRM software. Design visual representations of CRM data and analytics, making complex information easy to understand and actionable for stakeholders. Work with the ASA team to improve user interfaces and experiences within the CRM system, optimizing for web and mobile interactions. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to digital CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital CRM, driving continuous innovation and enhancement of customer experiences. Manage and maintain timelines, track and communicate development of projects progress. Assist with TTUHSC School of Health Professions events. Represents TTUHSC School of Health Professions Office of Admissions and Student Affairs to prospects, applicants, current students, SHP team members, and institutional partners to foster student engagement and student success, achieve enrollment and retention goals in alignment with the mission and goals of the school and university. Support our TTUHSC vision and mission by carrying out our values-based culture. Maintain strict confidentiality for applicants, current students, faculty and staff. Maintain an extensive knowledge of TTUHSC Brand Guidelines and TTUHSC and SHP policies and procedures as they pertain to Communications & Marketing and social media. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
