SPECIALTY JOB FUNCTIONS: Head Track Coach - Assist with the supervision of other Coaches and volunteer coaches. Responsible for direct supervision of assistant coaches and staff, including disciplinary actions, and any other personnel management duties as required to maintain a successful staff. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills and abilities: Excellent communication skills are required. Ability to work with a diverse group of people effectively and diplomatically. Strong customer service skills and communication skills are required. Ability to handle difficult situations involving participants with patience, good judgment, and diplomacy.
