Position Description DEFINITION AND DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: Under direct supervision, assists with the collection, recording, maintenance, and updating of property appraisal data; performs routine on-site inspections of real and personal property; assists with the preparation of the county assessment roll; Performs a variety of paraprofessional duties necessary to the appraisal of real or personal property for taxation purposes.
