A student employed to perform work as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist managed care coordinators with referral scheduling
- Update patient demographics and insurance
- Schedule appointments
- Contact patients and referring providers with appointment information
- May assist with other registration and insurance related duties as needed
- Must be available to work up to 20 hours a week between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday
A Texas Tech University undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in at least 6 hours employed to perform work which does not require academic training at the graduate level.
