The City of Henderson announces an examination to create a consideration for hire list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the position of Patrol Vehicle Attendant (Part Time) in the Police Department.
Under general supervision, performs manual labor of routine difficulty associated with transporting patrol vehicles to and from the City's Fleet Maintenance Section and outside service centers; and performs related duties as assigned. Current Vacancy Information:
- This is a part-time, non PERS-eligible positions
- This position is not eligible for any benefits or wage increases
- Work schedule: Must be willing to work Monday through Thursday, for a total of 5 hours per day (subject to change based on department needs)
- This position will work a maximum of 20 hours per week; not to exceed 988 hour per year

Required Documents/Assessment Information DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION:1)
- Graduation from high school, or the equivalent.
- Possess and maintain a valid Nevada or "border state" driver's license, as defined by NRS 483.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
- Desirable: Experience in transporting automobiles and performing minor maintenance on automobiles for an agency or organization.
