THE POSITION The position leads and oversees the administrative divisions of Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources. Functions include overseeing financial planning activities for the Town, directing assigned departments, monitoring departmental programs and activities, supervising department directors and participating in the development and implementation of long-term and short-term goals and objectives. Works closely with Town Management and Town Council to develop and implement organizational goals. - Bachelor's Degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance or a related field. Master's Degree in related field is desirable.
- Ten years of progressive and professional municipal government experience including five years of experience in finance preferred.
- Five years of supervisory experience required.
