HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST

The City of Camas is seeking a Human Resources Analyst. This is a non-represented position and is eligible for a full benefits package. Regular work schedule is normally Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm at City Hall, with flexibility including some remote work opportunity.
This newly created position will report to the Administrative Services Director and is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources services in all areas including benefits administration, classification and compensation, employee relations, employee development, wage and salary administration, recruitment and selection, leave administration, labor relations, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. This position exercises a substantial amount of independence, judgment and initiative.
