PURPOSE : Reporting directly to the President, the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs serves as the chief academic officer, the senior member of the President's Cabinet, and chief executive officer in the absence of the President. The incumbent will advance COAST’s parallel, complementary goals of 1) securing external funding to support solution-oriented scientific research and 2) serving as a primary resource for guidance and expertise to promote evidence-based decision-making and policy development.
