The Human Resources Analyst I is a Confidential position reporting to the Human Resources Manager.
Core responsibilities include:
• Performs the full range of recruitment duties.
• Performs benefits program administration activities.
• Performs analytical research and prepares projections and assumptions.
• Completes a full analysis of the current FMLA tracking and reporting system including implementation of recommended updates.
• Completes training on a variety of Human Resources topics.
• Counsels and advises employees, supervisors and management staff on matters related to employment, promotion, classification and compensation.
• Performs administrative support duties and assists in the interpretation and application of human resources rules, policies, legislation and MOUs.
• Prepares written reports, memos, letters, and basic policies.
• Completes analysis on ever changing County COVID-19 compliance requirements and recommends future actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
