The Purchasing Department
is recruiting for Mail Services Supervisors
who supervise the work and staff of a major component of the centralized mail operation, such as mail pickup and delivery, and automated equipment operation.

Prior to appointment, candidates must pass a background investigation including a fingerprint check and pass a pre-employment physical including a tuberculosis test.Physical Requirements:
Requires prolonged standing, frequent lifting and carrying of items of 10 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.Minimum Requirements Experience:
Two (2) years of full-time equivalent experience in a large volume, mail services or delivery operation AND
one (1) year of work experience performing lead or supervisory duties. Supervisory or lead experience may be included in the mail services experience or described separately as obtained through other employment. (All relevant experience with mail service operations and/or courier/delivery must be clearly detailed in the Work Experience section of the Application.) Desired Qualifications

- Organizational skills in order to accurately maintain logs and inventories and determine scheduling priorities.

- Customer service driven and results-focused in order to provide prompt and efficient service.
- The ability to oversee and implement a data entry process in a computerized database used for billing.
- Ambition and passion for growth development.
