The scope of the complaint and resolution process implemented by the Assistant Vice President includes, but is not limited to, evaluating reports of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, including gathering preliminary information and consulting with campus counsel in determining if a formal investigation is appropriate.
