Irvine Valley College is looking for a Part-Time Instructor for Beekeeping. Teaching assignment may include courses in beekeeping basics, beehive management, inspection techniques, apiary safety, and advanced beekeeping. Assignments may include in-person, online or hybrid courses; scheduled for day, evening and/or weekend courses. Labs will take place in an apiary.
For this position, employees must have at least one of the following:
1. Any bachelor's degree or higher AND two (2) years of professional experience;
2. Any associates degree AND six (6) years of professional experience.
The professional experience required must be directly related to beekeeping.
