The incumbent reports to the Chief of the RAD Unit and is responsible for collecting and analyzing Nevada Medicaid provider cost data; holding webinars with provider groups and conducting outreach with providers directly to increase cost survey completion and timely responses; updating and maintaining information reports and fact sheets regarding the Nevada Medicaid rate setting process; and developing Medicaid Fee-For-Service (FFS) reimbursement rates in accordance with the Nevada Medicaid State Plan, Federal Regulations, and the Nevada Medicaid Services Manual. Special Requirements This position requires a State of Nevada/FBI fingerprint-based background check as a condition of appointment and as condition of continuing employment.
