During the training academy, candidates will participate in, and be assessed on, MPD Police Officer fitness requirements. Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Equivalent Experience: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least thirty (30) semester hours of natural or basic Science. Three (3) years’ experience in the field of Environmental Health. Licenses or Certifications: Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.
