Supervising Clinical Laboratory Technologist, CF
$71,640 - $93,516 Annual Range
The Supervising Clinical Laboratory Technologist assigns, directs, and checks the work of laboratory personnel, including technologists and assistants; participates in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the laboratory in terms of personnel, equipment, space, method comparison, cost analysis and establishment of reference intervals; writes and revises technical policy/procedures; instructs workers in laboratory principles and practices, evaluates their work, and takes appropriate action with respect to their work performance.
