THE POSITION The City of Ventura's Public Works Department is accepting applications for the position of Senior Civil Engineer . THE POSITION The City of Ventura's Public Works Department is accepting applications for the position of Senior Civil Engineer . The Senior Civil Engineer isa key member of the Engineering Design and Construction Division and is a vital part of the Design team. The current vacancy reports to the Design and Construction Manager and leads the Water/ Wastewater Design Section which includes support from three Assistant/Associate/Civil Engineers. The section supports a variety of capital improvement design projects for Ventura Water, the City's water and wastewater utility.
