The reporting location for this position is the San Diego Coast District Office located in San Diego, CA. This position will work under the general direction of the Coastal Division Chief. This position is the District Superintendent for the San Diego Coast District and will be responsible for directing the overall activities of the district, which include natural and cultural resource management and protection, visitor services, interpretation, aquatic programs, facilities maintenance, capital outlay engineering, landscaping, property management, historic properties preservation, concessions, equipment, and administration including budget preparation and review, revenue collection, employee development and performance evaluation, and employee discipline.
