OVERVIEW Position Overview The Capital Projects Manager has the primary responsibility of delivering County capital infrastructure improvement projects requiring advanced expertise in multiple engineering-related functions, as well as performing a variety of professional engineering assignments. OVERVIEW Position Overview Lead the stormwater planning and design for a wide range of Public Works transportation capital improvement projects requiring advanced expertise in stormwater engineering. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead stormwater regulatory and permitting process with understanding and application of regional stormwater regulations and Kitsap County’s Stormwater Design Manuals Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for the design of stormwater conveyance, water quality treatment, and flow control facilities in preparation of stormwater drainage reports.
