Volleyball CoachResponsible for recruiting within the school, training, and coaching the members of the Volleyball program
Qualifications :
- 1-year of verifiable age equivalent in Volleyball coaching experience is preferred.
- A proven track record with age-appropriate skill and program development is preferred.
Responsibilities :
● Assist in coordination of the development and promotion of the Volleyball program.
● Assess the athletes’ skills and give appropriate feedback.
● Work with the coaches and staff to organize and schedule practice sessions.
● Teach life skills and develop character.
● Effectively communicate with the Recreation Manger, parents, athletes, and administrators.
● Ensure first aid kits are stocked and readily available.
*Must follow established procedures in the event of an athlete’s injury.
*Must always represent ACPR Volleyball program in a consistent and professional manner.
The Physical Conditions and Nature of Work ContactsWork is primarily indoors at local gyms. Public contact is frequent.
Other DutiesAttend staff development meetings, clinics, and other professional activities to improve coaching performance. Collaborate with the Recreation Manager, and perform any other related duty as assigned by the Recreation Manager, or other appropriate administrators.
