What you'll do:
- Vocational position specializing in plumbing.
- Supporting knowledge and ability to also perform electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electronics, carpentry, concrete and masonry, welding, and painting.
- Operate construction equipment and vehicles and execute snow and ice removal.
- Accountable for completing skilled work within specialized trades.
- Apply trade-specific knowledge to troubleshooting work that is complex or varied in nature.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications - Skills in procedures, processes, regulations, and practices applicable to assigned specialized trades.
- Skill in operations and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Ability to carry heavy loads, bend, reach, climb ladder, and work from heights.
Preferred Qualifications - 4-6 years of on-the-job training in the trade(s) area(s); ability to work in multi-trade teams.
- Aptitude, interest, and ability to obtain professional certification in required trade(s).
- Ability to work independently and to efficiently manage time and material resources.
