Job Description
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
5 years' of experience involving primary responsibility for preparation or review and approval of standards, designs, and cost estimates of architectural engineering projects. 1 year of the required experience must have been gained in a position requiring certification as an Architect or registration as a Civil Engineer.
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering and 8 years' of experience involving primary responsibility for preparation or review and approval of standards, designs, and cost estimates of architectural engineering projects. 1 year of the required experience must have been gained in a position requiring certification as an Architect or registration as a Civil Engineer.
Licensures and Certifications
Certification by the State of Georgia as a professional architect or registration by the State of Georgia as a professional Civil Engineer required.
