OVERVIEW The Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office has a duty to protect the safety of the people we serve by addressing criminal behavior through the criminal justice system. The Positions: Electric Utility Department: The Compliance Manager for the Electric Utility (SVP) will lead the department’s North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Compliance Program. Based on SVP’s NERC Registrations as a Transmission Owner, Transmission Operator, Distribution Provider, Transmission Planner, Generation Owner, and Generation Operator, the Compliance Manager monitors NERC Reliability Standard projects and works with business units across the utility to plan a strategy for meeting compliance with upcoming regulatory changes.
