Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within the ServiceNow platform. Create and maintain reports and dashboards within ServiceNow. Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and databases. ServiceNow Experience a plus. Ability to learn new things in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with assisting other developers, and providing training. Front-facing UX/UI development experience preferred. Passion for strategic planning and process improvement.
