Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform advanced-level work and may provide work direction and training to others. This position will be located in Reno, NV. The Workforce Services Representative 4 in the EmployNV Business Hub promotes programs and services to the business community. Preferred candidates will have a strong background in marketing and recruiting with some sales experience. The incumbent's responsibilities will include common business techniques such as business development, presentations to small and large audiences, and networking to build and maintain relationships within the business community. The incumbent will solicit job listings for DETR's Job Bank using these techniques. Special Notes Up to two years of experience may be substituted by completion of 60 semester credits in social or behavioral science, business administration, or related field for Workforce Services Representative IV and V. Special Requirements A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprint is required. Person's offered employment in this position will be required to pay for the fingerprinting. Some positions require a valid driver's license at the time of appointment and as a condition of continuing employment.
