Workforce and contractor development (WCD) this area supports efforts that build a more diverse and inclusive workforce and contractor pool for the green economy. The External Affairs Manager will serve on PCEF’s leadership team and will lead External Affairs teams, consisting of data systems and performance reporting, community engagement and equity, communications, and workforce and contractor equity.
