Assist in the organization, design, and development of program structure and associated plans based upon collected data, research findings, and outlines developed by management. Develop new and revised manuals, bulletins, and memorandums pertaining to program policies, procedures, and operating instructions. Review case records and reports to ensure contractors are serving participants and is fulfilling contract requirements. Assist the OWCI Training Unit in developing training for contractors concerning policy and other guidelines. Collaborate with MWA Benefit Program Specialist in assigned regions to ensure participants are receiving available supports, resources and contractors are providing necessary services. Collaborate with community partners. Answer contractor questions and serve as FSD Liaison. Exercise significant independence and initiative in the performance of responsibilities and receives general administrative direction. Represent DSS in community meetings or speaking events. Other duties as assigned. Two or more years of experience in a professional or technical job classification with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency. OR A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; and , Four or more years of professional or technical experience providing social services; or conducting investigations or audits of social service providers, recipients, and/or applicants.
