The Licking County Prosecutor’s Office (Civil Division) is seeking and accepting applications for a Civil Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.

Job Prerequisites:
The qualified candidate will:- Must have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio;
- Preferably have prior civil work experience, although not required;
- Be comfortable representing various county officials, responding to legal inquiries, researching and writing legal opinions, attending various court hearings and civil trials, and meeting with public officials;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professional behavior and impeccable integrity and ethics;
- Be familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Westlaw and other Windows based programs.
