This position will be located at Central Office, 1659 E. Elm Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101
Duration of Assignment: This is a part-time, 1,000-hr position.- Oversee and administer Missouri State Parks Bus Grant Program

- Review and enter grant reimbursements.
- Monitor the mspgrants@dnr.mo.gov account for Bus Grants.
- Organize and file grant related documents, including digitization of files.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills:- Grants Management: Knowledge of requirements, practices, and procedures for soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and processing proposals, and awarding and administering grants and agreements.
- Customer Service: Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers. Delivers high-quality products and services; is committed to continuous improvement.
- Computer Skills: Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work.
- Reading Comprehension: Understands and interprets written material, including technical material, rules, regulations, instructions, reports, charts, graphs, or tables; applies what is learned from written material to specific situations.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
