Job Summary Performs responsible public contact work involvingpark activities and enforcing park polices to ensure thatBill Frederick Park isclean and safe. Providesinformation to guests in person, via email, and over the phone. Patrols the parkas a customer service liaisonand performsinspections to ensure safety.Performs cashiering and clerical work - collecting fees via cash, credit card, or check.Works on and prepares daily reports on rental facilities, park conditions, park attendance,and events. Work is performed both indoors andoutdoors and the employee may be subject to extreme weather conditions and wildlife. The employee may be required to work rotating hours and have varying days off. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Turkey Lake Park Manager. Performance is reviewed through evaluation of inspection reports, condition of parks, direct observation, and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and two (2) years experience in public contact work, preferably involving outdoor venues or customer service
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License
required.
Must pass a police background investigation that includes a polygraph examination. Cashiering experience
desired.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
