Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field and five years of supervisory and project management experience in planning, building, or development from public or private sectors. Preferred certifications include AICP or Building Official credentials.

The County offers a competitive salary of $161,785.95, plus benefits including CalPERS retirement (2% at 55 (Classic) or 62 (PEPRA), $500 monthly toward medical insurance, a $1,225 flexible benefit allowance, and unlimited vacation/sick leave. Mariposa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
