    Introduction

    WestWorld of Scottsdale is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant Senior to manage operations at our RV Office. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all RV-related planning, administration, and guest services. From coordinating reservations and supporting event logistics to ensuring a seamless experience for RV guests, this role is essential to the success of our RV program.     Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $31.63/hour.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education and Experience
    • A High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required.
    • Four years in an administrative support position to include customer service / public contact experience.

    Licensing, Certifications and Other Requirements
    • Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.

    Other pertinent licenses and/or certifications may be required for some positions depending on department/section assignment.

    Essential Functions

    Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following:

    • Coordinates day-to-day business operations for office including serving as first point of contact for customers by phone and in-person.
    • Listens and communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
    • Provides quality customer service in the course of professional duties and responsibilities.
    • Manages projects, planning processes and provides information and assistance as required.
    • Responds to requests/complaints using initiative and discretion while keeping higher level management fully aware of the situation.
    • Handles sensitive and confidential matters.
    • Operates a computer and utilizes relevant business software applications and applicable databases.


    Work Environment/Physical Demands

    • Operates a variety of standard office equipment, including a personal computer that requires continuous and repetitive eye and arm, or hand movement.
    • Lifts and carries materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
    • Travel to/from meetings and various locations.
