    The Children’s Division is seeking candidates to fill a Senior Business Project Manager position within the FACES Systems Unit.

    Job Location: Base for this position is negotiable with the state of Missouri.

    What you’ll do:

    This position will be responsible for overseeing the FACES Systems Unit. This will include providing supervision to the FACES Help Desk as well as Technical Assistance and training to team members statewide as needed regarding FACES functionality. This position will be involved in the oversight and development of a new Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) This position is also responsible for oversite of the Divisional Security officer.

    Desired Skills:

    Comprehensive knowledge of individual and group behavior.

    Comprehensive knowledge of the general provision, objectives, and philosophy of child welfare programs.

    Comprehensive knowledge of basic supervisor principles and techniques.

    Ability to develop unit and workflow management policies and procedures.

    Ability to plan, assign, coordinate, and evaluate the work of program specialists and instruct them in work performance.

    Ability to work effectively with employees, executive teams, contracted providers, and other agencies.

    Ability to communicate effectively.

    Ability to use automated office equipment and computer systems including child welfare/case management systems and other personal computer applications.

    Ability to plan and organize time effectively.

    Minimum Qualifications

    A High School diploma or High School Equivalent and Eight or more years of professional experience in protective services for children; treatment and education of adjudicated juveniles; juvenile delinquency prevention programs; or resource, financial or legal investigations, and possession of a valid vehicle operator’s license, and possession of a valid vehicle operator’s license.

    OR

    A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably a degree in social work or a comparable human services field (Substitutions are allowed); and,

    Four or more years of professional experience in protective services for children; treatment and education of adjudicated juveniles; juvenile delinquency prevention programs; or resource, financial or legal investigations, and possession of a valid vehicle operator’s license, and possession of a valid vehicle operator’s license.

    (A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social or behavioral sciences, Public or Business Administration, or a closely related field may substitute for up to two years of the stated experience.)

    (A combination of earned credit hours from an accredited college or university in the preferred fields such as social work, family and child development, special education, psychology, sociology, or related behavioral sciences and experience described may substitute for the stated qualifications. 30 credit hours are equivalent to 1 year of experience. Professional experience as described must be of a substantial period (over 50% of time)).
