Capital Delivery Services is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to lead our Employee Relations team!The Employee Relations Supervisor will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all aspects of employee relations, leave management & accommodation requests, workplace health and safety, and other HR compliance functions.
In addition to overseeing a wide variety of employee relations programs, this position is also responsible for planning and leading and proactive initiatives aimed at improving HR services, strengthening workplace culture, increasing employee engagement, and promoting early conflict resolution.
