Overview: The Digital Management Specialist will report to & assist the Program Manager. This position will create & update resources on the FFRC padlet, maintain the FFRC Website & YouTube channel, and will ensure the accessibility of our recorded virtual workshops & workshop materials. Responsibilities include frequent collaboration with the Social Media Specialist in producing and filming content for FFRC social media and creating digital resource guides, and will generate mini-monthly printable newsletters for all four office locations. This position will be responsible for building digital programs, design & maintain all promotional materials for resource fairs & special events, and assist in special graphic design projects. They will also assist with referrals of Early Start families and respond to general inquiries via email or phone as needed, and provide technical assistance to FFRC staff. This position is part-time (25 hours p/wk), with occasional weekend or evening hours for outreach events or activities.

Qualifications - Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google docs, and database management systems)
- Responsive customer service to inquiries and requests for assistance by phone, email.
- Experience in promoting and content creation on social media platforms (FFRC YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Ability to collaborate well with others and function as part of a team.
- Affinity for interacting with families seeking referrals and support for their children who have disabilities or at risk for disability services.
- General knowledge of special education services
Desirable: - Bilingual

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
The anticipated hiring range:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Time Base:
