Why you’ll love this position:
This position serves as an assistant to the General Counsel providing data analytics for the Division. It requires the candidate to work independently, have good organization, written and verbal communication skills, and be able to prioritize duties and adjust as priorities change. The employee will gather, track and analyze data to help assess the success and operational health of the Division, and to help identify areas for change. This position will also provide administrative support to the General Counsel and to the Division to ensure efficient operation. It will serve as a liaison with other divisions attending meetings, preparing reports and providing technical and data analysis support.
• Update metrics and input data for GCO operational dashboard, GCO case summaries
• Assist with process improvement projects and yearly GCO initiatives
• Prepare reports for the Case Tracker system
• Provide administrative support to General Counsel including scheduling, review and update of office procedure manuals, phone lists, organizing officewide meetings, disseminating information to staff
• Assist/train staff on new software/upgrades

QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but substitution of experience may be allowed .
